All help is not equal, and all comprehension is not the same. Sure, the Google customer service reps in India and the Philippines may listen to your concerns. But, do they really understand how your industry, which also operates in the United States, works? Furthermore, these reps have not considered the aspects of local economies and demographics. After brief by-the-book phone assistance with your initial account setup, all Google phone numbers direct you to email support where it can take days of waiting for communication, and going back and forth trying to explain in the way that makes sense for Google reps to not send you their generic, broad inapplicable solutions. I was told by two Google reps (basically receptionists/board operators) that their specific phone time is limited to only eight minutes. Then, I was repeatedly transferred to a recorded interactive message which tells the customer to log on to the help center.

Each service request includes daily close monitoring and evaluation of your Google campaigns. I watch for suspected click fraud and click abuse (often done by competitors).

I'll advise you on Google's familiar practices with handling such issues. We can also discuss whether or not you need additional assistance with support from Google to credit back your account. My service fees are priced by the week or you may pay for a whole month upfront.

No membership is required. Pay by the week or month. Each week consists of seven days, with the first day starting from the time of the day of your order until that time seven days later. Prepayment for at least one week of account service is required and requires the client to finish the entire week. However, if you order service for over a week, such as an entire month, you may receive a refund for the remaining unused service.
